Reva began her life in aquarelle to complement her career as a math & computer science teacher.  She formalized her art studies with Eldon Faries. Always in search of a creative way to capture light and the liquid illusive effect of watercolor, she has studied with a variety of nationally acclaimed artists such as Arne Westerman, Steven Quiller, Don Getz, Gerry Finch and Shirley Sterling. 

Reva earned her B.A. in Mathematics at the University of Texas, Austin; her Masters in Mathematics at SHSU. She currently teaches Advanced Placement Computer Science at Tomball High School, Tomball, Texas.
