A tour of WAS-H
The Jack Bowen Education/Exhibition Building
Members and guests enter, past an outside glass display showing the painting of the month, into a spacious gallery on the first floor left. This gallery is large enough to display to advantage the large yearly Members' Show and the important International Exhibit as well as the monthly Members' Shows, and holds easily up to one hundred paintings.

.The 31st International Show in the WAS-H Gallery.

And first floor to the right, a well-equipped kitchen. At every reception, members and their guests are greeted at the door and progress through our buffet where they select
beverages and treats from the kitchen island.

There is an elevator to the second floor state-of-the-art studio space designed for optimum classroom and workshop experience. This classroom is also used for a meeting room and for a reception room when large exhibits of paintings fill the downstairs gallery.

An overhead mirror, directly over the guest artist, reflects every step of the
demonstration so that it is visible to the entire room. A slide screen facilitates the
lecturer as he teaches both his methods and techniques of the great fine artists.
Audio-Visual Equipment accompanies.

Classes and workshops are arranged so that each artist has his or her own table
and room to work with his complete set of tools and paints.
