Senior Class

Wednesday Mornings

Each Wednesday we host an art gathering for Seniors.  This is a friendly and supportive group - all levels and no fee.  Sessions start at 9 am and end at noon (3-hours) and are led by an artist facilitator who provides an image to paint you can paint.  Paint along with the class or bring a different project to work on.  Instruction is not provided. Students bring their own supplies - only water-media please.

Free but online registration is required.

Classes and Workshops

Each quarter WAS-H launches a new line-up of classes and workshops, however, we also add classes during the quarter if a teacher suggests an interesting topic that compliments our other offerings.

Some classes are one-time events, lasting just two or three hours, while others will be recurring classes that span over 2, 3 or 4 weeks.

The workshops offered may be one, two, or three-day workshops.  These are typically over a weekend, but sometimes we may have a workshop during the week.  Our regular workshops are taught by local artists and are part of our quarterly education offerings.  The major workshops are typically offered during our major exhibits, AME (October) and IWE (March) each year.
