Never used acrylic paint before? No problem! This class is designed for those who have never used acrylic paints – and have little to no knowledge of basic art principals. This class will introduce you to the materials used in acrylic painting, how to mix your paints, what are mediums, how do you use them and applying general art concepts to create your own acrylic masterpieces.

You will make your own color wheel, color charts, and at least two abstract-style paintings by the end of the course.

Level: Novice

Golden’s Modern Theory Color Mixing Set.

5 brushes – Flat (#4); Flat (#8); Flat (#12); Round (#10); Filbert (#12)

Watercolor paper

Paper towels

Pencil
