Registration

  • Artist must supply the tent. Table/Chairs are included in registration fee.
  • Each artist must register. Limited to two artists per table.
  • Bring your own Card Table
  • This is a smaller outside space.
  • Table can be shared by two artists. Both artist must register.

ART FAIR 2022 Registration

Saturday, October 8

8 am - Set-up

11 am - 4 pm

4 pm - Take down


Registration is limited!  Only 12 spots will be able to accommodate a tent (tents are supplied by the artist).  Tables can have no more than two artists represented.  Each artist must register separately.


Artists receive 75% of their painting sales, while WAS-H receives 25%.  


Participating artists must agree to volunteer for Cashier Duty for one hour, and agree for one of the two activities below:

1.  Set-up Crew:   8 am - includes table/chair set-up/parking lot prep/signs

2.  Closing Crew:  4 pm - returning tables/chairs, removing trash, sign pickup.
