Ordinary objects often get ignored, but they can provide inspiration for a very interesting subject for a painting. During this workshop we will explore a variety of techniques to create realistic texture of foliage. The instructor will explain how to approach the variety of shapes, colors, and values of the subject and also provide step-by-step demonstrations.

Reference materials, detailed information, and supply list will be provided to all of the registered participants prior to the workshop. Students are also welcome to work from their own reference materials if they prefer.

Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
