Chinese Brush Painting provides a wonderful art form that is positively stimulating and calmly meditative. In these sections you will through the objects of poinsettias and butterflies to learn the element of brushstrokes. each technique is demonstrated by the instructor. Students receive individual attention adapted to their particular skill level and interests.

This class will be held in the WAS-H classroom at 1601 W. Alabama St. Houston, TX 77006

Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

Supply List:

1. Four Brushes:

1 large & 1 small combo brush,

1 detailed or pointed brush,

1 medium hard bristled brush.

2. Paper: Semi absorbent rice paper.

3. Felt Mat or felt pad for Chinese Calligraphy Drawing

4. Watercolor sets. Sumi-ink.

5. A pallet or couple of used dishes.

6. Two paper weights.

7. Roll of paper towels
