Trompe L'oeil - Let's Fool the Eye!
We will learn how:
* to focus more acutely
* to analyze color more accurately
* to layer and glaze
* to replicate textures found in nature
* explore cast shadows
Materials Needed:
1/4 sheet cold press 140# watercolor paper plus a scrap for testing colors
your regular watercolor palette
variety of brushes - flat and round
paper towels
water container
pencil
sketchbook for notes
Students bring their own supplies - only water-media please.
