I have found over the years that many artists have trouble painting skies and water. Dabbling and overworking are the main errors that I see happening. Skies like this actually take a short painting time to achieve success. The sky should only take about 20-30 minutes to paint. Keeping the colors clean fresh is the main goal. A wet-In-wet technique will be demonstrated.
