Students will learn Chinese brush painting techniques, the proper pressure, and the right amount of moisture in your brush. You will learn to trust yourself and build your confidence.  The Instructor will take you step by step as she  demonstrates the lotus petals, leaves and the simple composition with dragonflies. With your new found confidence, you will able to create your own paintings. 

Student Supplies Needed:

Paper: absorbent or semi absorbent rice paper.

Brushes: two large combo brush, a large hard bristled brush, a small combo or detailed brush. 1 inch or 1.5 inch flat brush.

Chinese watercolor, ink, couple of porcelain palettes. Two paper weights. one roll paper towels.  A painting mat.
